Sorry for the 'funny' answers above but the reality is that the street is Grade II listed. Therefore it has to conform to the Camden Council and Government regulations. If you explore this website (and beyond) you will find that Kelly Street has a special place in our local Kentish Town history.
The colours are not proscribed -- but can be prescribed for promoting anyone's mood :-)
